En el día de hoy se conocieron las nominaciones a los premios Emmy 2018, y como era de esperar, Game of Thrones lidera la lista con 22 nominaciones.
De cerca la sigue el otro drama de HBO, Westworld, y la comedia Saturday Night Live con 21 nominaciones. Además, la antología de FX, The Assassination Of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story, lidera la categoría de serie limitada con 18 candidaturas. Por el lado de la comedia, Atlanta lidera la lista con 16 nominaciones.
Sin embargo, no hay que dejarse llevar por las apariencias. Como se puede apreciar, la mayor cantidad de nominaciones en el caso de series como Game of Thrones, se deben a sus logros técnicos. Ya que solo logró el reconocimiento de Mejor Serie y a tres de sus protagonistas.
Cabe destacar que la plataforma Netflix acapara la mayor cantidad de nominaciones con 112, y la cadena de cable de HBO, obtuvo 108.
La ceremonia de premiación se llevará a cabo el 17 de septiembre en el Microsoft Theater en Los Ángeles, bajo la conducción de Colin Jost y Michael Che. A continuación toda la lista con los nominados:
