Y los nominados han sido anunciados! En la mañana de hoy, desde Los Ángeles, California, el actor Chris Hemsworth junto a la Presidente de la Academia, Cheryl Boone Isaacs, dieron a conocer a los nominados a la 86 edición de los premios Oscar.
Siguiendo la tendencia de esta temporada de premiaciones, American Hustle y Gravity lograron 10 nominaciones cada una, mientras que 12 Years a Slave la sigue de cerca con 9. En la categoría a Mejor Película no hubieron muchas sorpresas a excepción de Dallas Buyers Club, que no sólo consiguió la candidatura en el rubro principal, sino que también acaparó los dos rubros actorales masculinos y Mejor Guión Original.
Entre los nominados a Mejor Actor y Actriz, no hubo grandes novedades. Cate Blanchett, Amy Adams y Sandra Bullock competirán en la categoría de Mejor Actriz junto a Meryl Streep, quien obtuvo su 18 nominación al Oscar. Entre los candidatos a Mejor Actor, la academia decidió dejar afuera a Tom Hanks, y en su lugar reconoció a Matthew McConaughey, quien ganó el Globo de Oro la noche del domingo.
La categoría de Mejor Actriz de Reparto estaba cantada de principio a fin, pero en la de Mejor Actor de Reparto sorprendió con la nominación de Jonah Hill por The Wolf of Wall Street, y Bradley Cooper por American Hustle, la cinta de David O. Russell que acaparó todas las instancias actorales.
La gala se llevará a cabo el próximo domingo 02 de marzo, en el teatro Dolby de Hollywood, y será conducida por Ellen DeGeneres. A continuación la lista de nominados:
